Terms

Draft · updated 29 September 2026

These draft terms cover use of the Cocker website and enquiries about the service. The contracting party is Harmony Living Ltd, United Kingdom. Cocker is the name of the service. It is a private commercial service, not a public body.

What we provide

We offer an opportunity-match and bid-prep engagement for a fixed price of $995 US dollars. An enquiry is not an order. Any engagement is subject to a written scope, the assumptions we agree, a delivery deadline, and payment.

The deliverable is a submission-ready package for one named federal opportunity: PDF and/or DOCX, plus one revision after your consolidated feedback. You remain responsible for the submission unless a written agreement says otherwise.

If we miss the deadline

If Cocker does not deliver the agreed submission-ready package by the deadline agreed in writing, the fee for that engagement is refunded in full. Delivery means that package, not a contract award, a shortlist place, or a payment from the buyer.

No government affiliation and no award

Cocker is not SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, or the US Government, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Materials are practical working papers. We do not guarantee eligibility, the accuracy of third-party records, selection, contract award, revenue, or any particular business outcome. You decide what to send, and you verify it against official sources.

Your responsibilities

You agree to share information you are allowed to share, to review deliverables carefully, and not to use the service unlawfully or to pretend you are a government agency. Get legal, tax, procurement, or other professional advice when you need it.

Intellectual property and liability

The site, the Cocker name and character, and original materials belong to Harmony Living Ltd or its licensors. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including the refund promise above.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, because the contracting party is established in United Kingdom, except where mandatory rights in your place of business say otherwise. A different contracting entity would need its own terms. We have not written those.
